It all started when our founder was looking for a piece of unique furniture for his home. He wanted something which will be able to wow his visitors. This was the start of how a simple piece of furniture turned into the first and only recycled metal art gallery in Singapore and the region.

All of the art pieces are created by welding a piece at a time. The challenge lies in not amending the original parts and yet being able to create the intended sculpture. None of the sculptures will look exactly the same as it is not possible to use the same parts. Each art sculpture takes a minimum time of a month as it requires careful planning and precise artwork.

We have a team of artists with 3 master sculptors specializing in different forms of sculptures. Their specialization is not only limited to art as they have to be an extraordinary welder. Each of them have a team of assistant and apprentice and it takes a minimum of a decade of training before they can qualify a master sculptor.

Stal is the first and only recycled metal art gallery in Singapore and around the region. Our gallery is available for private events so that our guests can enjoy the art pieces while our gallery host can explain each art piece in detail.
